when I arrive for breakfast the door was lock I waited for 10 min when the clerk arrive he was in his pjs he said he overslept.the only think there for breakfast was coffie and oj. needless to said I will never be back.

Even though I requested a room away from the noisy street, the room I was given close to the street was fairly quiet.
Hotel did not have my reservation readily available. I forgot my printed copy and finally another employee found my reservation on the computer.

The rooms are neat with central heating and an iron. The bed is extremely comfy, slept really good. All the staff is pretty friendly and is engaged to make your stay really great. The hotel provides a helpful service. Overall clean facilities, there's perfect parking.

The pool is extremely small. The toilet was broken. It was usable and they had tried to fix it but did not succeed.

The evening desk clerk was knowledgeable and funny, giving recommendations for local dinner spots. The pool was cool and the hot tub was relaxing. The morning breakfast and coffee were excellent. The checkout process was efficient. I would stay here again when in town.👍
